Clif Bar Inc. makes one of the tastiest, leading food bars on the market today. In a 4-hour, tour, lecture, and eating gala at their headquarters in Berkeley, CA, GreenMBA students got to learn first hand about Clif Bar’s commitment to health and the environment. The founder, Gary Erikson, as well as their staff ecologist, Elysa Hammond, and others, spent time sharing the why’s and how’s of Clif Bar’s sustainable business practices, starting from the top down.
